The Mesilau trail is the less trekked trail going to Laban Rata. Longer than the Timpohon Trail, it is very scenic. It will test your endurance.

With only a rope as our lifeline...... at 4095 meters (13400 ++ feet) ASL, you feel as if you're floating. With the cold weather (below 5 degrees) and strong wind (120 kph), nothing compares to this climb. The BEST ever SMB climb to date!!! And the highest altitude we've ever been!!! GO SMB!!!

We left Jollibee Shaw Blvd around 5:30 AM. We ate breakfast @ Burger King Sta. Lucia around 7:30 AM and continued the walk aorund 9 AM after Jovy arrived. We made it to Padis Point Antipolo around 11:30 AM. Participants: Jovy, Riz, Rona, Dorothy, Evangeline, Jimmar, Connie, Monty, Vincent and Mightymike.

We met at Camp Sandugo and did some wall-climbing. Those who climbed were Jhiengle, Nhelle, Connie, Jim, Lot, Vincent, Mightymike, Vangie and Jayr. The other smb watched us as we conquered the wall. After the wall-climb we proceeded to Seafood Island for our meeting and dinner. Earlier around noon Mightymike, Monty, Vincent, Jim and Jayr went to ROX to look for gear.

After the Outreach in Sitio Taget Sapang-bato, Ronald, Jimmar, Jovy and Mightymike climbed the hill in the Sitio's backyard. We were accompanied kids during the trek and it was fun fun fun !!!!

We started the party with the kids at Sitio Target and we continued the party (just a simple one) at a private resort. The night was all-out fun as SMB'ers sang their hearts out and talked about how great the outreach went. We had a simple exchange-gift. Merry christmas to all!!!
